Audi A3 / S3 / RS 3 MKII - USB port not charging - My 2016 Audi A3 USB port recently stopped charging. Audi A6 / S6 / RS 6; Audi A7 / S7 / RS 7; Audi A8 / S8; Audi Q3 /Q5 / Q7 / Q8; Audi R8; Audi TT / TT-S / TT-RS; If im not mistaken the fuse is part of the whole mmi circuit. So if your radio is working chances are the fuse is not blown. Step 1 - Remove the side trim. Follow the side trim of your center console all the way to the front of car underneath the dash. You'll see a small round cover. Pry open this cover and remove the bolt inside. Then carefully pry the side trim away from the center console using your plastic trim tool. You'll need to repeat this for the other In this video I highlight one of the things you should check to resolve the MMI black screen issue. Part 1: Fuse Box Check An earlier workaround using the MMI cable with red collar and dock connector (AUDI part number 4F0051510R) in connection with an Apple dock-to-lightning adapter cable is not working any longer. This workaround used to work like a charm including cover artwork. I already got in touch with AUDI, but there is nothing but silence from their end The setup and car button do not work for the Hidden Green Menu. Is states that there are no other options. I saw that in other sites that it need to be programmed to be able to work, so I can enable it. Audi a6 2012 mmi bluetooth will not load phone any more. Mmi keeps saying please wait for phone and loading please wait on media. So I get in to go to work this morning and my radio is "linking", not a problem it has done this before. Once it came on I wanted to turn the volume up and it reads "currently unavailable"! The glitch is in MMI and Audi just chooses to ignore our complaints. This happens in no other platform/head unit except our MMI. 2017 Q5 3.0T S-Line Activate Audi MMI 3G bluetooth hands-free phone profile for free in your A1, A4, A5, A6, A7, A8, Q3, Q5 or Q7 car. the other side can hear. Should I assume my mic in the car is not working or there should be any setting that can activate my mic in car? Hi I have a audi a6 c6 4f year 2010.Bluetooth version bbt-eu-poo20 d1 am trying to I read a bulletin from Audi that the driver can inadvertently shut off the system by pressing the button too many times. The bulletin says to put the car in reverse and press the button 2X and do a key cycle. This did not work , but it made me wonder if it was possible to accidentally turn off the camera by over use of the button. The system gets stuck on the initializing screen (s) [initializing across the phone, media and navigation tabs; with a black back-lit MMI screen] maybe once or twice a week. It might be that the MMI goes into a 'deep sleep' and it has problems coming out of that when there is interference from a 5G signal. Good thing it stuck up and not down. I had my lift go kaput in my 2011 A8, wouldn't come up but was covered under warranty. I always said if it went kaput again I'd find a way to lift it manually and screw it into place in the upward position. Pretty stupid to have these screens going up and down IMO. Battery Drain from MMI - Temp Fix. I have a 2005 A6 3.2 with MMI It currently has 150,000mi, lately the battery has been drained to 10% when I go out to the car, the exterior "leaving home" lights fail to turn on as well as the interior lights, until i start the car. Im assuming the ENERGY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM seem to be shutting down different I recently bought a used 2010 Audi A6 with Premium Plus trim, it was in good shape, seen regularly by the dealer etc. But, a week after I got it home, I noticed that the satellite radio was missing. I would push AM/FM button, then select "BAND" in the top right and only have choices of FM or AM. Some research showed I should also see Sirius. Help-I've got the MMI blues. (Note: This question was also posted here: MMI 2G high not working but not getting any response) For the last 2 months, I've been cruelly taunted by the MMI startup/welcome screen when I start the car-only to see it completely shutdown after a few seconds. Nothing connected to the MMI system works. andyhud007. Fuses are in the luggage compartment fuse box, centre row. Pull fuse 3 'Radio/navigation' fuse (7.5amps), fuse 'Control unit for digital sound system' (30amps) and fuse 5 'MMI' (5 amps). Clearly a software glitch that couldn't be sorted by rebooting the MMI but a power down reboot did the trick. Hi Gareth, I appreciate your comments. I can't quite understand how a clutch can have an issue after 14K miles. I bought the car second hand 2 years ago from an approved AUDI dealer with 7.5K on the clock. My A3 model is the 1.4 CoD TFSI. Great car & drives really well apart from this very fr .
